General Information
We offer shipping to all 48 states in the continental US.
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico at this time.
We cannot process orders shipping to a PO Box or Military address.

International Shipping

We are currently unable to ship internationally. Orders with an international shipping address will not be processed.

Address Requirements

During checkout, you must certify you are providing a valid and complete shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors before completing your order. We are not responsible for products shipped to the wrong and/or incomplete address due to input error.
Additionally, we will not refund or reship orders that were sent to an incorrect and/or incomplete address due to user error. No Exceptions.

Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process and ship your order.

Returns & Exchanges
You have 28 days from receiving your order to:

Send your purchase back to us at your own shipping expense.

No return fee applies to exchanges.
Items must be returned unused, with all Lauren Altman Studio tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
Exchanges
There’s no cost to exchange your purchase. For international orders, taxes and duties may apply. If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a store credit refund and purchase the new item separately.
