Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges on full-price items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

• All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Lauren Altman Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days, excluding the original shipping charges. Refunds may take up to 10 additional business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the policies outlined above.

Refunds

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within the specified timeframe.
