Yes, if you want to sell the Lauren Altman Studio upcycled fashion line, one-of-a-kind artwork,
and prints in your store, or another commercial collaboration, please email us

business and ideas in your email. We will get back to you to chat more.

Do you do custom window displays, pop-up experiences, or commercial installations?

Yes we do, depending on the project. Please contact hello@laurenaltmanstudio.com to start the conversation.

Do you take studio visits or private appointments?

Yes! Feel free to reach out if you’re in the neighborhood; we love having our customers over for
tea.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

Our shopify site accepts all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards.

Do you charge taxes on any product?

Yes, you will be charged sales tax at check out.

Is payment secure on your website?

Yes, we use Shopify which is the most secure e-commerce platform out there!

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship everywhere.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our studio based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

When can I expect my order?

The shipping time will vary depending on the delivery address and shipping options chosen at
checkout. We will email you the shipping confirmation and a tracking number once your order is shipped.

I haven’t received my order, is it lost?

Did you give us the correct address when ordering?

The tracking number doesn’t help?

We cannot accept responsibility for any mistakes in the address provided. If everything is correct and you still have not received your order, please email us at hello@laurenaltmanstudio.com and we will do our best to help locate your item.

Returns & Refunds

Can I cancel my order?

If it is within 24 hours of placing the order, email us at hello@laurenaltmanstudio.com and we’ll sort it out.

What is your return & exchange policy?

Once your order is confirmed, we will not be able to make any refunds. All sales are final.

If you have any questions about the terms of the sale, please email them to hello@laurenaltmanstudio.com before placing an order.

If the item is defective or damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within
seven days
 of receipt at hello@laurenaltmanstudio.com so that we can
evaluate the issue and make it right.

Product Care

Each piece, whether a garment or canvas, is individually handcrafted, and the materials used are of extremely limited quantity. The fabric textures, colors, and
pattern combinations are carefully selected to produce a truly unique work of
art.

A combination of fabrics of different ages goes into creating each piece, so the colors and materials may age and fade at different rates.

How do I take care of and clean a Lauren Altman Studio garment?

Dry clean. Spot wash as needed. Do not bleach or iron. Air dry.
