We accept returns or exchanges on full-price items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Please note:

• All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• All returns and exchanges must be authorized before being shipped back.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for full-price items only, subject to product availability at the time of the request.

Once your exchange is approved, you may ship the original item back to us. After we receive and inspect the return, your replacement item will be shipped.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Lauren Altman Studio will cover the outbound shipping cost for the replacement item.

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days, excluding the original shipping charges. Refunds may take up to 10 additional business days to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with the policies outlined above.

Refunds

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within the specified timeframe.
